Max
Very little is known about Max other than his life was turned up-side-down when his family were taken away by ICE. Max is devastated and frightened. He is only 7lbs Papillon (tiny little fella). He needs neutered and a vet check. I am currently working with other rescues to see if anyone can take him so for now, he will remain with me.
He seems to enjoy the company of other dogs.
